A one off fun event for everyone. Strong by Zumba It’s music-led interval training that’s a great complement to any sport, be it running, triathlon or team games such as rugby, football and basketball.
On 26th September, (6-7) instructors Brandi and Kirsty Bell, with assistance from fellow instructors Paula Kontelj and Phil Midgley, are putting on “Get Stronger”, a special one-hour session to introduce beginners to SBZ. All money raised will go to the Guernsey Cheshire Home and This Is EPIC. The aim is for at least 100 people to take part – it would be the perfect opportunity for groups of friends and work colleagues to participate together. TO BE CLEAR this isn’t Zumba but high intensity exercise to pumping fun music FOR ALL ABILITIES no excuses, you cant fail to enjoy it – or sweat.
