PayPal Update

PayPal have restored our account access so we appear to be back in business. This is good news, although surprising, we’re still waiting to receive a written explanation and an assurance from PayPal that this won’t happen again.

We should now start to receive recurring payments again. Payments that bounced after midday on 12 February should also be received in the next few days (the system automatically tries again to take the payment after 5 days). I realise that several of you have already cancelled your recurring payments and are setting up standing orders instead and I apologise for the inconvenience.

As yesterday’s email advised, following the decision to suspend the February draw all payments received from 21 January being the starting payment date for the February draw period, and prior to the 20 March cut-off for the March draw, will receive one ticket in the March draw for each payment received.
