Care at Home
A little help in your home can make a big difference. We at the Guernsey Cheshire Home have been providing independence and choice for people living with physical disabilities for 30 years.
We understand that it can be difficult to accept you may need some extra support at home which is why our help is designed to fit in with you. It’s easy to set up and you can change it at any time.
The Care at Home services available through the Home are extensive. We shall be happy to visit you in your own home to discuss your needs and are more than happy to meet with your family and friends as well.
The visit is free and you are under no obligation to use our service. Once you feel comfortable with what we are offering you can leave the rest to us.
Dedicated and professional approach
Our highly trained care professionals provide an unsurpassed service that supports adults living with physical disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
Personalised Service
All sorts of people aged from 18 receive our support. We can match your needs with our small team of carers whom you will see regularly. We think it is important that they get to know you and how you like to do things in your home. Each member of our team is trained to VQ3 standard and receives regular personalised training to provide the highest quality service, as well as being DBS checked.
A flexible approach
We understand that everyone likes things done a little differently, so we make sure our services are tailored to meet your requirements. Our support is flexible and the hours are negotiable.
